Terms of Delivery:
We are a Private Professional Shipping Service specializing in transporting
antiques. All pieces are blanket/shrink wrapped. If pieces need to be disassembled/assembled
it is the responsibility of the seller/buyer. Secure parking must be available
to unload/load. Drivers will have a truck with a 24' trailer, or 24 foot box
truck, so we require substantial space to park and/or turn around. We also pickup
and deliver 7 days a week, so you must be available to accept delivery when
we are in the area. We offer lower shipping rates because we may not always
be as fast as a commercial shipping company. Delivery time is estimated, based
on traffic, number of deliveries to your area, and scheduling, so delivery time
may vary. We specialize in delivering pieces safely with no damage.
If you have special needs please notify us ahead of time so we can discuss
them.
We provide Curbside Delivery only. We can assist you in bringing the
piece into your home or office on a pre-approved case by case only.
If the buyer is not available on the day of scheduled delivery - item(s) will
be put into storage and you will be assessed a $30.00 per month storage fee
until we return to your area and can deliver the piece or pieces. A return fee
of $100.00 will added to the original delivery fee. You will be notified at
least 1 - 3 days prior to delivery date. It is the responsibility of the Buyer
to be available all day to accept delivery.
All pieces are insured up to the purchase price of the item

Delivery/Pickup time: 4-6 weeks Pickup/Delivery time is estimated: we
are not a large commercial shipping company so we offer lower shipping rates
because we may not always be as fast as a large shipping company. Delivery/Pickup
time may very. Delivery/Pickup time may be earlier than estimated or it may
take longer. (Delivery time is estimated based on the following: traffic and
number of deliveries to your area, it could take a little longer or you may
receive the items earlier, so if you are in a hurry to receive your piece(s)
please consider using another shipping service).
Please contact the seller and let them know that we are the shipper of your
choice and notify them about secure parking and substantial space to park and/or
turn around must be available. We will contact them to schedule pickup. Pickup
time will be within the timeframe given. It is the responsibility of the buyer
to ensure the seller will hold the item(s) until I can pick them up.
