On each item listed our staff researches the optimal delivery solution considering price and safe delivery of your selection. Because of the many variables involved with delivering furniture we realize this may not be the best shipping option for you. Listed below are some of the other shipping solutions available. We suggest that you call us and discuss which option best meets your needs.

BLANKET WRAP DELIVERY SERVICE:

This option is used for Large Items (or multiples). Your selection is packed and transported in the same manner as a moving company.

These typical prices are listed per Item determined by weight and dimensions prices subject to change.

• Desks/Credenzas $325-$475

• Multiple Items are discounted to same location
Additional charges may occur depending on:
• If the item is delivered to the curb side.
• If it is brought inside. Delivered to the first floor or up stairs.
• If Glass or Marble items all involved, etc.

The buyer is responsible for making arrangements directly with the carrier.
The carrier determines shipping cost and delivery time.
The Buyer Pays the Blanket Wrap Shipping Company DIRECTLY.

This service is usually the least expensive option for medium to large items.
Your purchase is crated/boxed and shipped to a selected airport terminal near you.
It is then your responsibility to either:
• Pick up the item at the airport terminal and take it home.
• Arrange for a local company to take it from the airport and transport it the final leg of its journey to your home.
The cost of this option is usually quoted in the description of the item. If it is not, please call us for a quote.
NOTE!! FORWARD AIR PAYMENTS GO DIRECTLY TO METRO RETRO. We then make the payment to Forward Air.

Please call or email us for shipping quote using these options. The cost of shipping is determined by Destination, Quantity, Dimensions, Fuel Cost and Weight of your Purchase. We will then determine if the item is small enough, or we can disassemble your item so it can fit into a box that will comply with the girth limits enforced by these shipping companies.

With All Of The Methods Of Shipment Please Allow 7 To 10 Business Days For Preparation And Packaging, Plus Shipping Transit Time. (Shipping Transit Time Varies By Location And Shipping Method Chosen.)
