Knoll/Reff

Crinion, Jonathan (1953- ) Birthplace: England Knoll Products: contributed to the Reff system and New Generation System 6 office furniture system, Crinion Collection, Crinion side chair, Crinion Open Table Jonathan Crinion was educated in Canada, where he studied architecture and industrial design at Carleton University and the University of Toronto, and product and systems design at the Ontario College of Art and Design. He founded Crinion Associates, an industrial design consulting firm, and has developed for Knoll since 1995. His work with Knoll began with his design and development of the Reff system and the New Generation System 6. His Crinion chair was introduced in 1999, and in 2001 Knoll introduced the Crinion Collection, a contemporary version of the traditional wooden executive office.
