Graceful Italian lamp with frosted glass, egg-shaped globe, and glass shaft. With a strong presence this piece combines audacity and simplicity, to make a truly unique work. The Globe is open at the top to let out heat as well as ceiling reflected light. The frosted glass offers a bright light without harshness and is nicely accented by the sturdy metal bottom. Vintage piece; should be rewired. In addition, the piece is Italian and requires rewiring or adapter for American outlets.
